Architecture decisions

An ADR (architecture decision record) records one decision that is expensive to reverse. Each file is named NNNN-short-slug.md with the next free number and starts from adr-template.md.

An Accepted ADR is not rewritten. A new ADR supersedes it, and the old one gets the status “Superseded by NNNN”. Per CLAUDE.md rule 2, a change that contradicts an ADR here stops with the needs-decision label.
